Contract Manufacturing

The Technology Center is home to our STOPA Storage and Retrieval System. At present, the system contains 347 compartments with 228 pallets capable of storing raw and processed flat sheet metal. The STOPA System is tied into a number of our TRUMPF fully automated flat-bed laser cutting and CNC Punch machines. Marrying the equipment allows us to increase our contract manufacturing capabilities. Automated equipment allows us to eliminate the need for around the clock manual machine operation. The STOPA also eliminates the need for manual material loads at the machines. The final result means we are able to provide our clients with faster response time to their high volume sheet metal laser cut or CNC punched parts.
