Our drafters use 3-D CAD software that allows clients the opportunity to proof their product prior to production. TRUMPF lasers tolerance levels ensure precise material cuts every time. With the aid of TRUMPF press brakes, we are able to provide exact part bends, which virtually eliminates the need for manual part fittings. However, it’s not just the technology that separates us from other job shops. Over 70% of our fabrication team have been welding for more than 10 years. With their experience, our clients can rest assure their products will receive a quality weld everytime. Our signature in sheet metal fabrication is found within our finishing team. Through the aid of finishing equipment, such as the Kuhlmeyer two-belt stroke sander-finisher, and a knowledgeable team, customer’s can be certain their sheet metal fabrication product will be unifromly finished and receive the same consistent level of quality with every order.
